Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking, as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations.

By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may be modified and posted on our website from time to time.

Driver Conduct and Safety

Customers are advised not to encourage or insist that drivers exceed speed limits. Customers should refrain from leaving cash, valuables, or personal items in the possession of drivers while in the vehicle.

Driver Employment and Solicitation

All drivers are engaged under a contractual agreement with Excello Call Drivers & Travels. These drivers are prohibited from soliciting or providing services directly or indirectly to customers outside the scope of our service. Customers are not permitted to employ any drivers provided by Excello Call Drivers & Travels on a permanent or temporary basis without the explicit consent of the company.

Liability and Responsibility

The company and drivers disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, accident, theft, or other incidents. The service provider is not responsible for any such losses. In the unfortunate event of an accident or damage caused by the driver or other reasons, the service provider will assist in processing insurance claims through the designated insurance agent.

Booking Cancellation and Modifications

The company reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings at any time for reasons beyond the company's control or purview. For cancellations, customers are required to inform the company at least one hour prior to the scheduled trip. Cancellations made within less than one hour will incur a cancellation fee of Rs. 100 for call driver bookings.

Payment Terms

Payment for services should be made directly to the driver. Should the driver demand an amount above the agreed tariff, customers are encouraged to immediately report this to the company.

Driver Verification

While the service provider conducts residential verification of drivers, we do not conduct a moral verification of the drivers. Therefore, we are not responsible for the moral conduct of the drivers.

Driver Behavior

The service provider does not assume responsibility for any disputes that may arise between the hirer and the driver. However, if the driver’s behavior becomes unmanageable or intolerable, the customer is encouraged to contact the service provider for support.

Driver Identification

Customers are advised to request and ensure that the driver displays the company-issued ID card upon reporting for the booking. In case of any doubt or suspicion, customers should immediately contact our customer care team.

Driver Duty Hours and Rest

For outstation or drop duty, drivers are permitted to work for a maximum of 12 hours. Customers are required to provide drivers with adequate rest, accommodation, and food, or pay the additional charges as outlined in our rate chart.

Vehicle Inspection

It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner or the authorized representative to conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle prior to the start of the trip.

Force Majeure

In the event of natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, Excello Call Drivers & Travels will not be held liable for any resulting damages or disruptions to services. By booking with Excello Call Drivers & Travels, you agree to the above terms and conditions. For any inquiries or assistance, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

REFUND POLICY

We aim to provide the best services and ensure customer satisfaction. Please carefully review the following refund policy for bookings made with Excello Call Drivers & Travels.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are considered only for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than one hour before the scheduled trip will incur a cancellation fee, as stated in the Terms & Conditions.

Refund Process

In the event of a refund request, customers must submit a formal request to our customer service team within [specify number of days] days of the booking or incident. The request should include relevant details such as the booking reference number, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation (if applicable). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. Refund Criteria

Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances: If the booking is canceled according to the stipulated terms (i.e., one hour before the scheduled trip). If the service was not provided due to reasons attributable to the company (e.g., driver unavailability or vehicle breakdown). If the customer has been charged in excess of the agreed-upon fare due to an error in billing.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: Cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled trip (unless otherwise stated in exceptional circumstances). If the customer fails to report any issues with the service during or immediately after the trip. If the service was provided as requested, but the customer was dissatisfied with the quality of the service. For any incidental or personal expenses incurred during the trip, such as food, accommodation, etc.

Refund for Damage or Loss

In case of any damage to the vehicle or belongings, the company will evaluate the situation and process any refunds or reimbursements as per the applicable terms of service or insurance claims. Excello Call Drivers & Travels does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a refund request, the customer can escalate the matter to our management team. The company will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly, in accordance with the best interest of both parties.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Excello Call Drivers & Travels reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through the company's official website or via email.
